I love all forms of curd dishes and Kadhi is a favorite, it is such an easy recipe and tastes yumm.
Ingredients for temper:
Split urad dal
Whole red chilli
Beat curd well and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai and add the above ingredients one by one. You can add the curd now for plain kadhi or add any vegetable of your choice like tomato or spinach. You can also use brinjal or okra but fry them first in oil till crispy. Then mix in the curd, add required amount of water and salt. 🙂
