Fish cakes

We bought a salmon fillet, and I did the mistake of cleaning and cutting and then storing it in the freezer, which stuck the pieces that would not come apart making it a mess, so I decided to try Fish cakes. Though we don’t prefer it much, I had no other go, and they were yummy for an evening snack which I coupled with Mango lassi. 🙂
